Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact between patients and practices.
• Greet patients and provide courteous service.
• Schedule appointments and enter scheduling information.
• Verify demographics and insurance and process registrations.
• Collect patient payments and reconcile cash at day end.
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up appointments.
• Assist with online scheduling and MyChart usage.
