Responsibilities

• Receives patients at the reception window.
• Obtains required information/documentation from patient at check-in.
• Updates patient information in the electronic records.
• Schedules appointments in the scheduling system.
• Posts charges and payments at check-out.
• Verifies late or open balances and reminds patients of balances.
• Assists billing with balance questions.
• Accepts payments and ensures daily collections.
