Rush University Medical Center in Cleveland Heights, OH seeks a Patient Service Specialist to greet, register and assist patients at the front desk of our outpatient physical therapy center. This full-time role includes scheduling, coordinating with insurers, and collecting co-pays, with a Monday–Friday schedule and evenings as needed.

Compensation ranges from $16.00 to $18.00 per hour, depending on experience, plus benefits.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year front desk experience.
• Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and register patients and provide visit information at checkout.
• Schedule patient appointments in person and by phone.
• Coordinate with attorneys, insurers, translators and leaders.
• Collect co-pays, manage payer approvals, and conduct authorizations.
