Job summary

Select Medical is seeking a Patient Service Specialist at our Crystal, MN outpatient physical therapy center. You will greet patients, register them, explain visit flow, and help with scheduling while supporting front desk operations and coordinating with providers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Front desk experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and provide information about what to expect during their visit and about their next appointment at checkout.
• Schedule patient appointments in person and via phone.
• Regular communication with attorneys, insurance companies, translation services, market operations, and business development teams.
• Collect co-pays, manage payer approvals, and conduct insurance authorizations and verifications.
