You¿ll support patients, visitors, and clinical/non-clinical staff by managing registration, insurance verification, and cash collections. What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Strong computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service over the phone, in person, and in writing.
• Willingness and ability to instruct others.

Preferred Qualifications

• One (1) year of experience in patient admitting, registration, or insurance eligibility in a hospital or medical office setting.
• EPIC training/experience and familiarity with insurance payor systems.
