Job summary

QC Kinetix – Colorado is seeking an Office Coordinator to manage front desk and a range of administrative tasks across our Colorado clinics, including Aurora, Highlands Ranch, North Colorado Springs, and Superior.

You will be the first point of contact for patients, handling communications, scheduling, and ensuring a professional, patient-centered experience. A Bachelor's degree and/or 5+ years in customer service are preferred, with clinic experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or 5+ years of customer service/receptionist experience.
• One year of medical terminology experience preferred.
• Sales background is a plus.
• Experience in a clinic/patient setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support and front desk duties.
• Welcome patients and guests and manage communications.
• Support efficient clinic operations across Colorado locations.
• Collaborate with providers and clinic staff to ensure patient-centered experiences.
