Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking a Patient Service Coordinator to manage front desk during check-in/out and deliver personalized patient experiences. Training will be provided to learn about our vision care and insurance options, with some weekend and evening shifts required.

You will handle multi-line phone duties, scheduling, confirmations, and collaboration with doctors to ensure a seamless patient journey at our Centennial location.

Qualifications

• Front desk/reception or customer-facing experience required.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Flexible and team-oriented with a customer-centric approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients a personalized check-in/out experience.
• Verify and explain insurance options at check-in/out.
• Assist with appointment confirmations and outreach.
• Manage multiple phone lines, greet walk-ins, and schedule appointments.
• Cross-train for other office support roles as needed.
• Collaborate with doctors and staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
