EyeSouth Partners is seeking a Front Desk Associate at our MidWest Eye Center Anderson clinic in Cincinnati, OH. The role focuses on welcoming patients, handling check-ins/outs, scheduling, and basic billing tasks while maintaining HIPAA compliance and exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of medical office experience, Nextech/ICP familiarity, strong reliability, and excellent multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience required.
• Nextech/ICP experience strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 1-year medical office experience strongly preferred.
• Strong reliability with good attendance and punctuality.
• Exercises sound judgment in responding to inquiries; knows when to route inquiries to next level.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients, verifies appointment details and collects necessary documentation.
• Books, confirms, and reschedules appointments; verifies insurance eligibility and coverage.
• Collects co-payments and outstanding balances; documents in the practice management system.
• Provides clear information about services, wait times, and policies; answers phones and emails.
