Job summary

Trinity Health is seeking a Front Desk Representative to manage patient flow within our Connecticut practice. You will greet patients, answer phones, schedule appointments, and handle registration and billing tasks to support providers and staff.

The role requires a high school diploma, preferred medical office or billing experience, and proficiency in Windows and MS Office. Day shift, hours 8:30-5, with benefits starting day one.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a medical office or billing preferred.
• Knowledge of patient billing and medical terminology preferred.
• Excellent keyboard skills with proficiency in Windows and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients in person or by phone in a courteous, professional manner.
• Answer and route calls to appropriate staff.
• Process calls to transfer patients to staff/provider.
• Schedule patient appointments per department protocols to maximize provider productivity.
