Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in patients at the front desk.
• Explain insurance coverage criteria and dispense correct information.
• Answer incoming calls and route inquiries professionally.
• Manage scheduling, re-supplies, and patient questions.
• Perform daily scanning and ticket routing/reconciliation.
• Provide training as needed by supervisor.
