You will manage front-office operations, assist with administrative tasks, verify insurance, collect payments, and support clinic workflow. This full-time on-site role offers 3-day/12-hour shifts and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; medical admin cert a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients with a welcoming attitude and positive demeanor.
• Manage patient and business documentation while maintaining confidentiality.
• Verify health insurance benefits, eligibility, and explain payment policies.
• Determine and collect patients' financial responsibility clearly.
• Support practice manager, providers, and staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Ensure HIPAA and OSHA compliance in documentation and processes.
• Perform office procedures and operate medical office equipment.
• Travel to other Corewell Health Urgent Care locations as needed.
