Job summary

Vision Innovation Partners (VIP) is seeking a friendly Patient Care Associate to manage the Front Desk, greet patients, check-in/out, and handle scheduling. You will support patient experiences with excellent service and efficient processes in a fast-paced dental/medical setting.

The role emphasizes accuracy in patient records, timely responses to inquiries, and collaboration with the healthcare team. Training is provided, with a compensation package that reflects the important front-line

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required.
Must be kind and friendly to patients and staff.
Can-do attitude and attention to detail are essential.
Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
Experience in healthcare is a plus, willing to train.

Responsibilities

Greet patients professionally in person and on the phone.
Answer questions or refer to appropriate staff.
Improve provider schedules and patient satisfaction through efficient scheduling.
Notify providers of patient arrivals and manage front desk flow.
Retrieve and update patient records to ensure accurate information.
Handle financial records and collect patient charges as needed.
Maintain office inventory and equipment, anticipate supply needs.
