Job summary

MidSouth Pain Treatment Center in Cordova, TN, is seeking a full‑time Front Desk Coordinator to join our growing practice. You will manage reception, phones, patient intake, scheduling, and basic clerical duties to ensure a welcoming and efficient patient experience.

This role trains administrative volunteers, supports front office operations, and upholds our core values of Compassion, Accountability, Respect and Excellence. Prior EMR experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Previous work experience preferred.
• EMR — eClinicalWorks experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional customer service in person and over the phone for patients and families.
• Greets patients at the front desk.
• Collects and verifies patient information.
• Verifies patient insurance details.
• Maintains patient accounts and records.
• Schedules new and follow-up appointments.
• Cross-trains for basic medical assistant tasks to support clinic operations.
• Oversees reception area and maintains professional image.
