San Ysidro Health is seeking a Front Desk/Patient Access Clerk to support East Region clinics in Campo, Alpine, Julian, Escondido, and El Cajon. The role greets visitors, registers new patients, verifies information, and answers inquiries with a focus on timely service.

The ideal candidate has strong customer service experience, is bilingual, and comfortable using the Epic system to enter demographics, verify insurance, and coordinate funding resources for patient access.

Formación

• One year of customer service experience.
• One year of medical setting experience preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish-English or other) required.

Responsabilidades

• Register new patients and collect required data.
• Enter patient demographics into Epic.
• Provide excellent customer service to visitors and callers.
• Explain funding options and assist with eligibility.
• Assist in obtaining authorizations and referrals.
• Maintain accurate fiscal and patient records.
• Support clinic operations and front desk duties.
