Qualifications

• One year of customer service experience or internship at San Ysidro Health.
• Preferred: one year in a medical setting, front desk or reception.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephones and greet visitors and patients.
• Assist with patient registrations and demographic entry.
• Assess financial responsibility and collect co-pays/deductibles.
• Obtain funding information and guide eligibility for programs.
• Enter data into Epic and maintain records.
• Research and resolve patient access questions and issues.
• Support department operations and equipment maintenance.
