Hilton Garden Inn Times Square South in New York City is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to oversee front desk operations and ensure outstanding guest service. You will lead a team of GSRs, manage shifts, and maintain high standards of hospitality throughout the lobby and desk areas.

You will balance daily deposits, support scheduling, and coordinate with management to resolve guest issues while upholding brand standards and efficient service delivery.

Responsabilités

• Provide the highest quality of service to the customer at all times.
• Check guests in and out efficiently and in a friendly manner.
• Handle guest mail and messages per established procedures.
• Develop knowledge of hotel staff, room locations, room rates, amenities, and selling strategies.
• Take reservation requests efficiently.
• Answer switchboard professionally and courteously.
• Block rooms and handle special requests.
• Monitor room availability and assist with yield management.
