Job summary

Highgate Hotels, LP is seeking an Overnight Operations Manager for the Hilton Garden Inn New York Times Square Central. This role leads front office operations, coordinates F&B, housekeeping, and engineering to ensure smooth overnight service and guest satisfaction.

You will manage payroll, scheduling, Night Audit tasks, and reporting, with emphasis on productivity, safety, and brand standards. A minimum of 5 years in hotel operations and supervisory experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Progressive hotel experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Ability to communicate clearly with staff and guests.
• Comfort handling multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
• Experience supporting front office, F&B, and housekeeping operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist Front Office leadership and support other departments overnight.
• Provide strong lobby presence and guest assistance during shifts.
• Coordinate F&B shift coverage and balance inventory.
• Monitor lobby, mezzanine, and F&B standards for cleanliness and operation.
• Handle guest requests, complaints, and special requests during shift.
• Oversee Night Audit preparation, reporting, and related functions.
• Manage payroll, attendance, OT, and staffing communications.
• Coach and train hourly associates; apply discipline as needed.
• Participate in MOD coverage and hotel meetings/ trainings.
