• Communicate room types, rates, amenities, and hotel policies to guests.
• Handle guest requests, inquiries, and concerns across the stay.
• Process reservations, walk-ins, and reconcile daily reports with departments.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments for smooth operations.
• Maintain security procedures and document incidents as needed.
• Complete shift paperwork, manage calls, and assist front desk leadership.
