Staybridge Suites - Allentown West is seeking a mature, reliable individual with strong customer service skills for a full-time front desk role. The position includes day and overnight shifts, weekends and holidays, based on hotel needs.

Duties include checking guests in/out, handling reservations and phone calls, processing payments, and assisting with breakfast set-up and housekeeping tasks as needed. Night audit duties may be required.

Formación

• Front desk experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions.

Responsabilidades

• Check guests in/out and assign rooms.
• Assist guests with special requests and breakfast setup.

• Complete front desk tasks and reconcile daily reports.
