Historic Hotel Bethlehem is seeking a Front Office and Night Audit professional to manage guest arrivals, departures and the overall experience, ensuring warmth, accuracy and hospitality across shifts.

You will handle reservations, guest inquiries, and daily auditing while upholding the hotel's standards. Weekend and holiday availability is required; strong customer service and communication skills are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Effective verbal English communication.
• Excellent hospitality skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide a first-rate guest experience.
• Provide information about hotel policies, services and amenities.
• Respond to guest requests for information about the local area.
• Sell and up-sell rooms to walk-in customers.
• Enter/changing reservation information in the computer system.
• Posting charges to guest accounts.
• Processing payments from guests.
• Closing, balancing and making corrections to guest accounts.
• Balancing cash, credit cards and direct bill accounts.
• Respond to guest complaints with warmth and courtesy.
