Qualifications

• Prior hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred.
• Availability to work evening and overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency with hotel PMS is a plus.
• Basic math and accounting skills for audit and cash handling responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in/check out guests with a friendly and professional demeanor during evening and overnight hours
• Perform nightly audit procedures, including balancing daily transactions and generating end-of-day reports
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
• Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications using property management system (PMS)
• Manage cash handling, credit card transactions, and maintain an accurate cash drawer
• Monitor hotel security and safety during overnight hours, escalating issues as needed
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs
