Duties include checking guests in/out, handling reservations and phone calls, processing payments, and assisting with breakfast set-up and housekeeping tasks as needed. Night audit duties may be required.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• checking guests in/out; assigning rooms
• assisting guests with special requests
• completing all front desk tasks
• handling cash and credit card transactions
• answering phone calls
• making and confirming reservations
• assisting laundry/housekeeping when needed
• offering friendly and professional customer service to all guests
• completing night audit task, reconciling/filing reports
• help with breakfast set-up
