Renaissance Allentown Hotel is seeking an On-Call Night Auditor to join our Front Office team in Allentown, PA. This is a part-time, on-site role providing overnight coverage on an as-needed basis, including weekends and holidays.

The Night Auditor ensures accurate financial reporting, guest services, and smooth overnight operations. Key duties include nightly audits, daily reports, check-ins/check-outs assistance, and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel Front Desk or Night Audit experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and basic accounting skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Basic computer proficiency; experience with hotel property management systems preferred.
• Must be reliable and available for overnight shifts on an as-needed basis.

Responsibilities

• Perform nightly audit procedures and reconcile daily transactions.
• Prepare and distribute daily financial and operational reports.
• Assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts.
• Monitor hotel operations and respond to overnight guest needs.
• Communicate important information to incoming Front Office staff.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming, and professional environment.
