Job summary

MY Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk/Night Audit Agent to join our team in Slidell, LA. You’ll be the friendly first contact for guests during the day and the calm, dependable support at night, handling check-ins and check-outs, reservations, and guest inquiries to ensure a smooth stay.

You’ll perform end-of-night auditing and collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to keep operations running smoothly, while working independently with strong communication and attention to detail.

• Greet guests and provide outstanding customer service at arrival and departure.
• Manage reservations, confirmations, changes, and cancellations.
• Process payments, verify information, and provide room keys and access as needed.
• Respond to guest questions, requests, and concerns with professionalism and care.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to support room readiness and guest needs.
• Complete night audit duties, including reviewing reports and ensuring records are accurate.
• Maintain clear, organized, and up-to-date guest and reservation information.
