Job summary

MY Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk/Night Audit Agent to welcome guests during the day and provide dependable support at night. You will handle check-ins/check-outs, reservations, and guest inquiries, and perform end-of-night auditing to ensure smooth hotel operations.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently on your shift while maintaining guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous front desk experience preferred.
• Experience with hotel management systems (PMS) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and guest-service mindset.
• Able to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide outstanding customer service at arrival and departure.
• Manage reservations, confirmations, changes, and cancellations.
• Process payments, verify information, and provide room keys and access as needed.
• Respond to guest questions, requests, and concerns with professionalism and care.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to support room readiness and guest needs.
• Complete night audit duties, including reviewing reports and ensuring records are accurate.
• Maintain clear, organized, and up-to-date guest and reservation information.
