Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn Allentown Bethlehem Airport is seeking self-motivated associates for the Night Auditor role. This primarily overnight position may include daytime training. WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS ARE MANDATORY.

The role involves checking guests in and out, answering phones, making reservations, balancing daily transactions, and responding to guests’ needs with excellent service. Hilton Brand experience is preferred but not required.

Hilton Garden Inn Allentown Bethlehem Airport is searching for self-motivated associates for the position of Night Auditor. Though this is a primary overnight position, you may be asked to working during the day for training. WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS ARE MANDATORY!

Daily responsibilities (but not limited to):

• Checking guests in and out.
• Answering phones.
• Making reservations.
• Balancing the day's transactions.
• Responding to guests' needs/requests/questions.
• Providing excellent customer service 100% of the time.

Skills/Qualities Required:

• Very upbeat friendly personality.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
