Volunteers of America-Greater New York is hiring a Front Desk Monitor in New York City. This role involves answering calls, assisting visitors, and managing front door access at the New Hope Shelter.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, experience with domestic violence, and strong communication skills.
