We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the following position:

Position: Front Desk Monitor/Emergency Response Coordinator- Part Time (Saturday and Sunday/ Morning shift)

The Front Desk Monitor/Emergency Response Coordinator answers telephone calls and takes messages for staff, receives and assists visitors, receives and routes deliveries, aids residents, and controls front door access.

Location: Bronx, New York 10453

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must possess a polite and pleasant manner, be efficient and firm, and have the ability to operate a busy front desk/security operation.
• Must be able to perform diverse tasks with ease and maintain confidentiality.

Certification:

• F-80 certificate required within 90 days of hire - VOA will cover the cost
