Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Check members into the system and assist with front desk duties.
• New member sign-up and front desk activities.
• Respond to member questions and elevate to management when needed.
• Maintain neatness and cleanliness of the club.
