Responsibilities

• Create a positive and inclusive environment for members at the front desk.
• Generate appointments through referrals, networking, and calls.
• Conduct gym tours for prospects and enroll them in memberships.
• Be knowledgeable about membership services and gym equipment to answer questions.
• Continually sell membership services during the sales process.
• Maintain records using Crunch Fitness systems (TI log, Club Activity, Web Leads, Production Book).
• Perform daily facility walk-throughs to ensure cleanliness.
