Responsibilities

• Create welcoming front desk environment for members.
• Generate appointments via referrals, outreach, phone and demos.
• Follow up with prospects, conduct gym tours, enroll members.
• Know membership services and gym equipment to answer questions.
• Sell membership services as part of sales presentations.
• Maintain records using Crunch Fitness VFP master systems.
• Perform daily facility walk-through to ensure cleanliness.
