SPENGA Centerville is looking for a friendly, motivated Front Desk & Membership Sales Associate to greet members, answer questions, and help new visitors feel welcome. This role blends customer service with active membership sales in a fast-paced fitness studio.

You will manage check-ins, bookings, and retail sales, support daily operations, contribute to social media content, and help our community grow through engagement and personalized service.

Qualifications

• Customer service, sales, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to explain membership options and close sales.
• Friendly, confident communication; reliability and punctuality.
• Willingness to learn studio systems and SPENGA processes.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, assist with check-in and class bookings.
• Sell memberships and retail products; work toward sales goals.
• Maintain front desk area and assist with daily operations.
