Job summary

SPENGA Waukee is seeking a Front Desk Sales and Support team member who will drive the studio's sales performance, run day-to-day lead generation and membership sales, and promote the SPENGA brand within the community.

You will work to exceed sales and retention targets, lead training, and promote events through local outreach, representing SPENGA as a welcoming ambassador in and around the studio. Join the SPENGA family and help create a high-energy experience for members and guests.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Strong organization abilities.
• Ability to create a successful environment for staff and clients.
• Previous sales experience desired; fitness industry or high-end goods & services preferred.
• Willingness to learn. Candidates must be able to adapt to our exciting new fitness philosophy.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales and retention expectations.
• Perform sales aspects of the business including lead generation, grass roots marketing, establishing business to business relationships, lead tracking.
• Lead, train, and motivate to represent SPENGA.
• Sell memberships and retail.
• Retain and increase client participation.
• Plan and promote entertaining and productive events through community outreach and business partnerships.
• As a SPENGA ambassador, managers will promote, sell, and add to the SPENGA culture in and out of the studio.
