Job summary

SPENGA Centerville is seeking a part-time front desk associate to greet members, handle check-ins and class bookings, and answer questions about the studio. You’ll build relationships, help new visitors feel welcome, and assist with day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities include selling memberships and retail products, meeting sales goals, and following up with prospective members to drive visits. Training, a flexible schedule, and growth opportunities come with the role.

Qualifications

• Friendly, confident communication style and a genuine interest in helping people.
• Comfort starting conversations, explaining options, and asking for the sale.
• Reliability, punctuality, attention to detail, and staying organized during busy check-in periods.
• Willingness to learn memberships, studio systems, and SPENGA approach.
• A team mindset and readiness to help wherever needed.
• Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus.
