Job summary

SPENGA in Danville is seeking a Front Desk Manager to energize our team and deliver outstanding member experiences. This role focuses on booking prospects, following up on leads, achieving sales goals, and supporting daily studio operations.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment, is highly motivated, and has flexible daytime hours including 5:30am starts; some closing shifts and weekends may apply.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Previous sales and/or management experience; preferably high end goods or services.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Willingness to learn.
• Motivation and drive.
• Experience with the MindBody platform is a HUGE plus!
• Experience and/or knowledge in personal training, group training, spin and yoga are a plus.
• Social media skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• HAVE FUN! Be enthusiastic and passionate about our programming and the service we provide our members.
• Sell memberships and retail
• Check in members
• Assist/work front desk/ childcare staff
• Meet and exceed sales and retention expectations
• Retain and increase client participation
• Assist with daily operations
• Assist with inventory management
• Help with community outreach efforts
• Set up and reset studio equipment before and after sessions
• Maintain clean facility
• As a SPENGA ambassador, you will sell and add to the SPENGA culture in and outside of the studio
