Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales through health and wellness education
• Improve metrics like average ticket price and rebook ratio via memberships, service add-ons and retail
• Develop membership leads and follow up with potential members
• Answer phone calls and schedule customer appointments
• Manage customer profiles and records
• Handle daily cash and manage cash drawer
• Maintain reception area cleanliness and presentability
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Scenter Manager
