Job summary

Massage Envy Burlington is hiring to support clients on their wellness journey. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, promoting massage and skincare services, and guiding clients through the Wellness Program.

Full-time and part-time positions are available with flexible hours. The team provides in-depth product training, opportunities for growth, and a friendly, supportive work environment aimed at helping guests achieve total body care goals.

Qualifications

• Retail or sales experience preferred.
• Membership sales experience preferred.
• Must be capable in math and computer use.
• Strong people skills and guest relationship abilities.
• General knowledge of massage and skin care services helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and help guests feel valued.
• Promote Total Body Care by educating clients and selling services/programs.
• Schedule services, answer calls and respond to emails to support clinic flow.
• Grow and retain a client base through in-person and outreach efforts.

Qualified Candidates:

• Have previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
• Have previous membership sales experience (preferred)
• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Day-to-Day:

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
