The role is available as full-time or part-time, with shifts that may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and occasional overtime.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• CPR Certification and AED Certification are required before working alone.
• Comfortable standing for long periods.
• Excellent communication skills with members and staff.
• Team-oriented, motivated, and well-organized.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and using a computer.
• Familiar with Excel’s mission, values, vision, and culture.

Aufgaben

• Perform to best abilities during assigned shift.
• Monitor and maintain club cleanliness and atmosphere.
• Use Planet Fitness app proficiently and stay updated.
• Ensure proper training completed for safe operation.
• Conduct regular audits to meet Excel standards.
• Input and update member information in tablets and POS.
• Balance cash drawers daily.
• Promote member services and promotions.
• Assist GM/AM with membership actions and operations.
• Comply with all laws and insurance requirements.
