Job summary

Excel Fitness in Fort Worth is seeking a Member Services Rep for the front desk, mornings 10 AM–4 PM. This on-site, part-time role focuses on welcoming members, maintaining a clean, safe club, and delivering excellent service.

Duties include cashiering and tablet/POS data entry, inventory tasks, promoting memberships, training compliance, and assisting with programs. Requirements: 18+, high school diploma, CPR/AED certified, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR/AED certification required before working alone.
• Comfortable standing for long periods.
• Excellent communication with internal and external customers.
• Team-oriented, motivated, and well-organized.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and using a computer.
• Familiar with Excel’s mission, values, vision, and culture.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members at front desk and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
• Input member information into tablets and POS systems.
• Balance cash drawers daily and conduct regular audits.
• Promote memberships and assist with promotions and program implementation.
• Maintain club cleanliness and ensure safety and policy compliance.
