Job summary

The YMCA of Dane County is seeking part-time Front Desk Staff to welcome members and guests, handle phone inquiries, and assist with membership sign-ups. This role emphasizes excellent customer service in a busy, friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Motivated to maintain an excellent customer service reputation
• Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-up abilities
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred) but WILL TRAIN
