Job summary

Qualifications

• Greeting members, staff and visitors and assisting with general needs.
• Monitor pick-up/drop-off by managing the cell phone and assisting parents upon arrival.
• Maintain attendance and visitor logs; enter attendance into online data tracking systems.
• Answer telephones and provide general information or take messages.
• Care for front desk appearance and information postings.
• Supervise youth waiting area.

• Oversee and participate in special programs and events.
• Attend staff meetings with necessary discussion items or reporting.
• Provide physical, social-emotional or academic support to members.
• Assist in or handle special assignments or other duties as assigned by supervisor.
