Boys & Girls Club of the Northern Plains is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to enforce policies, maintain a welcoming entryway, and handle data entry. The role supports parents, families, donors, and visitors while upholding Club values of teamwork, impact, excellence, and good character.

The position is part-time, non-exempt, with afternoon and morning shifts to cover school-year and summer hours. Candidates should have good people skills and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• High level organizational skills.
• Friendly, personable, and able to communicate well in person and through the phone.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work between the hours of 3pm–7pm (School Year) and 7:15am–6:15pm (Summer); Monday-Friday and Club special events as assigned.

Mansioni

• Greet and direct visitors and telephone callers with a friendly attitude.
• Maintain front desk space to be up-to-date, organized, fun, safe, and welcoming.
• Handle membership records and data entry in the Club’s systems.
• Ensure authorized pickup and accountability for youth sign-ins and sign-outs.
• Record monies received and reconcile daily receipts.
• Attend staff meetings and support supervisor in performance planning.
