The Menomonee Club is seeking a friendly Front Desk Associate for evening and weekend shifts. You will welcome members and guests, answer inquiries, and assist with registrations and front desk transactions in a busy, welcoming environment.

Ideal candidates are reliable, organized, and comfortable interacting with people of all ages, including children and families. This part-time role requires Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday availability and a professional, customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a busy environment.
• Comfortable interacting with people of all ages, including children and families.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn club software and check-in systems.
• Previous front desk or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
• Must be able to consistently work all listed Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members, families, guests, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information about club programs, activities, and facilities.
• Assist with member check-ins, registrations, and general front desk transactions.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and professional reception area.
• Communicate effectively with staff, instructors, and management.
• Monitor front desk activity and help ensure a safe, welcoming environment for everyone at the club.
• Assist with administrative tasks and other duties as needed.
• Follow club policies and procedures, including end-of-day closing responsibilities when applicable.
