Equinox is seeking a Front Desk Associate to warmly greet members and guests, scan IDs, and answer phones. You will respond to questions, update accounts, and keep a clean, organized front desk.

The role requires clear communication and a friendly, energetic presence to uphold our high service standards. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic about fitness and enjoy helping others maximize their Equinox experience.

Qualifications

• Reliable, professional, and friendly with a can-do attitude.
• Must be able to communicate clearly in person, by phone, and via email.
• Interest in health, fitness, or sports is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Professionally greet members and guests.
• Scan membership IDs upon entry and answer phones.
• Respond to member questions and discrepancies.
• Update member accounts and maintain an orderly work area.
• Support opening/closing shifts and guide members through the facility.
• Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests.
• Assist other departments as needed.
