You will greet guests, answer calls, conduct tours, assist with sign-ups and account updates, and coordinate with the Club Manager to resolve issues, while maintaining a welcoming, professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and updating accounts.
• Facilitate member services questions and forward to leadership as needed.
• Help maintain neatness/cleanliness of the club.
