Job summary

Water Wings Swim School is looking for a Front Desk Manager to deliver exceptional customer service to families and manage front-desk operations during busy periods. You will check in students, relay account messages, provide tours, and answer questions with warmth and organization.

This role reports to the Site Manager or Owner and supports lobby operations throughout shifts. Starting wage is negotiable with prior experience.
