Job summary

Emler Swim School is seeking a friendly Front Desk Associate to welcome families, guide enrollments, process payments, and support instructors. You’ll create a warm, energetic atmosphere that helps kids feel excited about lessons and keeps the front desk running smoothly.

You’ll be on your feet, greet guests, and coordinate with a team to ensure a great visit for every family. Training starts on day one, with growth opportunities in customer service and leadership.

Qualifications

• Warm, welcoming front desk host with positive energy.
• Comfortable communicating with parents and kids.
• Able to stay organized and handle scheduling and payments.
• Team player who supports instructors and staff as needed.
• Dependable with a consistent schedule and good attendance.
• Active on your feet throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and make families feel at home.
• Manage enrollments, process payments, and stay organized.
• Answer questions and help with lesson schedules and registrations.
• Learn the swim curriculum to guide families through the process.
• Use empathy and creativity to resolve customer issues.
• Maintain a schedule that includes evenings and weekends.
• Stay on your feet and assist with light merchandise or equipment.
