SwimKids | An Emler Swim School is seeking a Front Desk Associate to connect with families, enroll students, and support instructors in a warm, welcoming environment. You will guide lesson enrollments, answer questions, and help kids feel excited when they arrive.

Join a fun team with paid training from day one and opportunities to grow in customer service, leadership, and communication. This role includes evenings and weekend shifts in a gym-like, active setting.

• Managing enrollments, processing payments, and staying organized.
• Answering questions and assisting parents with schedules and registrations.
• Learning the swim curriculum to guide families through the process.
• Using empathy to solve customer challenges with a can-do attitude.
• Working evenings and weekends with a consistent schedule.
• Staying active on the job, moving, and lifting merchandise or equipment.
