Job summary

Premier Aquatics is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative to greet and assist public swimmers and families in our swim programs. You will ensure accurate check-ins, manage swim lesson flow, and help with account questions or changes.

The role requires reliability, professionalism, and strong communication with both adults and children. Training and support are provided, with opportunities to grow into leadership credentials.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred
• Ability to learn front desk admin duties
• Comfortable communicating with adults and children

Responsibilities

• Assist with opening and closing procedures at the facility
• Learn and execute front desk admin duties
• Improve class fill rates and family satisfaction
• Contribute to a positive team culture and participate in events
• Be proficient with Premier Aquatics' technology platforms
• Maintain high level of customer service for patrons
• Communicate safety rules clearly
• Know all swim programs and events at the Paramount Aquatic Center
• Attend quarterly in-service trainings
• Perform other duties as assigned
