Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum two years high school and 16 years old.
• CPR and First Aid certification and Safety training required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
• Process payments and maintain a balanced cash drawer and receipts.
• Respond to inquiries by phone or in person and forward messages per guidelines.
• Promote and support membership sales and renewals.
• Maintain accurate data in the DAXKO system and member records.
• Provide tours to prospective members and assist with program enrollment.
